Are women ONLY attracted to confidence?

When I was younger I was HOT; really hot, lol and even dabbled into a little modeling... but didn't get much attention from so called "FINE" women. but now that I'm older and of shape I get hit on by HOT girls all the time. I don't understand. What couldn't these woman have been all over me years ago when I was HOT and needed the love? lol
