Don't ask the Yahoo answer board- ask a bank - ask several. My guess would be that you wil not qualify at present, but they can tell you exactly what it will take. Among other things, you will need a well thought out business plan on paper with financila projections. There are some retitred business organizations such as SCORE that can help you make plans.
