How do I get a free printable tutorial of MS Excel 2007?

Also Word 2007. I've taken some classes and tried to write down everything but I just couldn't do it fast enough. I need step by step instructions and a way to ask additional questions. I need to update my skills so I can work again. I've dabbled some with them but I need to get a lot more comfortable getting my around them. I've even tried to follow some YouTube videos on them but I need a book and the book at my public library wasn't enough either. I feel even too dumb for the version for Dummies, lol.
