Problems with my computer, completely freezes?

This isnt the first time it happens, i am not a computer expert at all, but i have a windows 7 and the screen just randomly freezes on me. It forces me to shut it off by the button, it doesnt let me move the mouse or the task manager thingy. I am using Kaspersky antivirus idk if thats causing it...and another question, will my computer freeze even more if i use CCleaner with the antivirus? Thanks !
