Does this sound unfair?

so my mom and i don't seem to get along. it's just that she really seems to favor my siblings over me. i know she favors my brother the most though. she always blames me for things, and if it wasnt me its my fault. like when me and my brother fight and i instegate him i get in alot of trouble but if he instagates me its totally okay. she just lets him get away with stuff to much and saying its because he has issues with his temper, but when we went to a familey counciling thingy the counciler said i had alot of anger issues. she also hates my dad and tells me i remind her alot of him. is she being unfair? thanks:)
