Is this a good story plot?

It is about a girl, Ella, who is quite shy, who finds out that she gets to be on a tv show, one she auditioned for months ago. It is one about vampires, and she plays a vampire called Royal, one of the main characters. Strange things start happening on the set, and the people who play characters that die start actually dying in the same way, and people start becoming more like their characters. Ella, the only one who realises this, confronts the person who comes up with the ideas for the show to see if he knows anything about it. he denies, so Ella confides in her co-star Jared, whose character falls in love with hers, and together they have to try find a way to stop things before they have to live the life of their character
