Is this story idea any good?

It is set in a place called Cloud Falls, Alaska. Tori Adams has always been dismissed as a loner, and as a freak (She pushed someone through a wall, she has freaky eyes, she has a skin condition that makes her weak in light) since she moved their when she was 13, now almost 17 she has no friends. No-one knows much about her, but when Jared Song moves to town he wants to get to know her. Jared is friendly and instantly popular, but all he wants to do is uncover the girl beneath the rumours. The story is told by four people, Tori, Jared, Tori's younger sister and Jared's mother. The latter two who are dealing with their own problems
