New School, how to look naturally pretty?

The first think you should do is have your hair back to a natural color. Since your eyebrows are a dark brown maybe you should consider going dirty blonde. Plucking is not very difficult, you take a tweezer and pull out any unwanted hair. If you are uncomfortable doing that then you can get your eyebrows waxed. Typically if you are blonde you have lighter color eyes in which you should choose your colors accordingly. Lighter color eyes means lighter color makeup. You could also go tanning if you feel you are not tan enough. As for the breakouts, it's part of growing up. Using a product with Salicylic Acid would work best. Good Luck!
