How do you get pet odor out of carpet...FOR GOOD?

If you own your own home than you should get rid of carpet and put in hard floors. I dont understand why people put carpet on the floors. It absorbs so much filthy stuff. It doesnt make any since to put something so hard to keep clean and so unsanitary on a floor to walk on, but I guess everyone else does it, so people feel they have to also.

Weird bugs in my house!?

Ok so in the in upper floor where the bedrooms etc are. There are black and orange lady bug and there's also some big bug that looks like a fat worm but is also black and orange. They start out as a black thing and then looks like a small worm then becomes bigger and fatter... i seems to be the only one who sees them... The babies are everywhere on the beds and etc... My mom just vaccum the room a few days before... now they are growing again -.- i told my mom the day i found out but she keep saying that she'll vaccum and use a water mop thingy to get rid of them... but i really think it wont work... they seem to be growing faster and developing more now... i'm really scared... i have to sleep in the couch because i cant live with them any longer... i asked to get a pest control but they said they will just use a water mop thingy, since the floor is always wet...

Help feeling down and confused?

wonder if anyone could help. The last couple of weeks i have been feeling down stressed with work and college and loads of fears. When i was younger i had a fear of wetting myself stupid it may seem but it felt so real. feeling as depressed as ever i have had loads of thoughts in my mind which are driving me crazy and just can't take anymore. I broke my computer, and want to fix it?

I upgraded my computer (desktop) from vista to windows 7, my stupid self did it through a virtualdvd thingy, so when i restarted to computer to get windows 7, it kinda broke and now says "Boot from CD" and ive tried getting new Windows 7 Recovery disks and that wont even work because when i put them in it says that i dont have to correct file or some sort like that..... I want to know how i can completely empty my computer and start from vista, or windows 7(doesnt matter but idk how to get the vista file to do this) i have some new windows 7 recovery disks but i dont know how to do this yet..... I would say Team 1. My reasoning is based on the fact that Luke can blow up from time to time and Vince is strong even though he is older. Derek would have to carry Team 2 and McGrady does not score like he used to. How can I get this Call of Duty 4 mod to work?

I have Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and I downloaded the Reign of the Undead zombie mod and if someone else hosts the game it works fine. But if I try to host a game(I don't have broadband I'm trying to play a single player zombie game) There are three optoins: non-dedicated, internet or LAN. If I try to host it non-dedicated then it loads the map and I can walk around and everything and it says wave one: 20 zombies incoming but no zombies spawn. Every little while(a minute maybe.) something comes up saying something like punkbuster client in distress(you have to have punkbuster on to host non-dedicated). If I click on internet or LAN then(with punkbuster on or off) then the game closes and a new window called Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Console comes up with a bunch of stuff scrolling down in the console thingy. Then it stops and the only thing I can do is close the console thing. How can I get it to work? Thanks

Problems with my computer, completely freezes?

Sometimes (well most of the time) on Zombies i'll be on and the sound will be out of time for example if we get max ammo or insta kill then it will not say "insta kill" and later on in the game it will play them all at once and sometimes when i buy a second gun it doesn't show up but does to other people? and after a game it's on a blank screen for about 1 minute instead of going onto that movie thingy it's very hard to play like this any idea why this is happening?

Why has some sort of natural sunlight therapy not been incorporated more in hospitals?

There are so many benefits to natural sunlight exposure (obviously in smaller doses these days). Patients that have to be hospitalized for long period of times tend to suffer from depression, which in turn, affects your entire brain/body chemistry, which then can slower or even reverse the ability of our bodies to heal. I understand that this type of therapy could not be used on EVERYONE, but still, the benefits for patients to experience some sort of natural sunlight could do wonders! The increased seratonin released can increase mood, decrease cortisol levels which decrease will decrease stress levels from the "fight or flight" response and let the body start to repair itself. Hospitals don't even need hi-tech equipment for this! They could just build a top story greenhouse type "sun room" where patients could be taken to for a short period of time each day or a few times a week, depending on their individual treatment, and relax for some well needed exposure to NATURAL light! I know hospitals have dabbled in artificial light therapy but I have a feeling that there is a lot more than just the artificial light needed to "jump-start" and get the chemical juices flowing. The visual stimuli and association of REAL sunlight on a sunny day lays the groundwork for your brain to tell your body to get ready for some "action". Just look at how much moods can change over the winter when sunlight exposure is limited and how a sunny day tends to give people that extra boost to go outside and enjoy the day.

I would just suggest writing as much as you can now and worry about trying to change details later. You will come up with different and unique ideas as you go along. I did Suzuki starting at age 23, but with a teacher, and I already read music. So basically we were just using the music, not the technique. As for getting a good note out, it might just be the violin - much of the stuff on eBay is crap and unlikely to do much for you besides frustrate you. You could have rented a much better violin for less than you paid for that - still could, so consider that. And also very strongly consider getting a teacher, at least for a few lessons - it's far too easy to let yourself move on before a teacher would tell you you're ready, and to ignore things like intonation and bowing.

Why have hospitals not yet incorporated more natural sunlight therapy?

There are so many benefits to natural sunlight exposure (obviously in smaller doses these days). Patients that have to be hospitalized for long period of times tend to suffer from depression, which in turn, affects your entire brain/body chemistry, which then can slower or even reverse the ability of our bodies to heal. I understand that this type of therapy could not be used on EVERYONE, but still, the benefits for patients to experience some sort of natural sunlight could do wonders! The increased seratonin released can increase mood, decrease cortisol levels which decrease will decrease stress levels from the "fight or flight" response and let the body start to repair itself. Hospitals don't even need hi-tech equipment for this! They could just build a top story greenhouse type "sun room" where patients could be taken to for a short period of time each day or a few times a week, depending on their individual treatment, and relax for some well needed exposure to NATURAL light! I know hospitals have dabbled in artificial light therapy but I have a feeling that there is a lot more than just the artificial light needed to "jump-start" and get the chemical juices flowing. The visual stimuli and association of REAL sunlight on a sunny day lays the groundwork for your brain to tell your body to get ready for some "action". Just look at how much moods can change over the winter when sunlight exposure is limited and how a sunny day tends to give people that extra boost to go outside and enjoy the day.

My Viza Viper gas scooter stops when riding! Help!?

I have a 33cc viza viper gas scooter. I recently got a new gas tank. The Company does not make them anymore so I had to get a different one and had to get my uncle who works at a repair shop to put a wedge or something since it didint fit. When I got the new tank on. It worked GREAT. They put a new racing sprocket in, tuned it up and sprayed something on the chain. I rode my scooter alot after the repair. I probably wasted like 10 miles on gas. Well anyway i started noticing the scooter jerking as if it where stopping, it would still accelerate but at certain times it would make those dying noises.Any scooter owners know when they are out a gas there scooter like jerks and starts slowly dying. well MY scooter started to go that. But its different because my tank was half full. Well it got worse later on, and from this day Every time I start It it dies in 15 seconds or less. I personally think its the fuel lines since they are alot longer and cant reach the carburator. But even if I press the little pump thingy I do it like 20 times so enough gas gets in but its not working I have herd people saying its a air leak but I dont think it is. sorry for the long story. Hanley is easily the best SS in the league, which is also a premium position, not too many stud players here. I would never trade a sure thing like you have in Hanley for nothing less than a sure thing back. Sure Castro is good, but the Cubs are god awful and he's had 1/2 a good season under his belt. If you do want to move him though, make sure you get a top 5 guy in whatever position you're looking for. Nothing less than top dollar for Hanley. Also, although Weaver is a top 5 pitcher in the league, he's very very good, Lincecum is a top 2 guy and better. It's pretty much a side ways trade. im 19 female ofcourse. Ive always had an attraction to women as solid as a strait dude. I thot about women in a way men wud since 4. I didnt even have an attraction to guys until 11! I crushed hard on chics but i kept quiet bcuz of my 4 siblings, my mom whom is very very disgusted by homosexuals, and my female cousins n friends. I didnt want to make them uncomfortable. And it was 100% embarrassing. Im also a strong believer in Christ so u can imagine the shame there. My point is i absolutely love women...mentally, physically, sexually, and deeply attracted to them as a strait guy would be. Im no stud but not even a femme. Alot of ppl dabble w/ this for surface reasons...but it wasnt by choice for me. I love men also but its hard for me to be physically attracted to them. Its always a more deeper and mental attraction. IMac won't fully turn on please help!!!!?

Ok so, I have an IMac right? It's running OS X 10.5 and one day I had to force turn off my Mac because it froze. Then when I wanted to turn it on it went to grey screen with apple logo and spiral tingy at bottom and it jsut stays there. Sometimes if i leave it of for like 4 hours or so it wors perfectly fine until i have to shut it off...I close all apps normally (apple+q) and then when i'm on finder I go to apple thingy to turn it off and the colorful ball appears and It's the loading ball am I right? Ok so it gets to that ball and stays like that and ball won't leave...So to turn it off I have to force turn it off and I once had this problem with a Mac Book Pro which is the one i'm on but I one day left the MacBook on the same screen and it worked perfectly and it never had that problem so I did this with the IMac and if i leave in grey screen for like 30 minuted and it goes to blue screen from there sometimes it continues working like goign from blue to my background to working fine and sometimes it get's stook in bue screen or at background. So i'm asking if you guys know what i can do? I've tried the control+option+r+q thing and it restarts but same problem i'm actually getting scared because we live in Colombia and we can't send to apple or anything and it's my dad's computer so we can't let it break please help me.

Why do people keep thinking my cousin and I are boyfriend girlfriend?

Im 14 and i have swimmers ear..it hurts really bad. doc said it was swelled shut and i cant sledep it hurts..?

She's unregistered, her Dam is an unregistered paint/arab cross, and her sire is a full quarter horse. I would try together her approved as a warmblood broodmare, but I don't know that she'd be accepted as she isn't really the classic warmblood build... At least a hand to short, and she can no longer safely jump. And I definitely don't want to breed her I the baby can't be registered, I will not have my precious pony's baby being sold for meat; never in a million years. Does anyone have any ideas? There's no hope in doing anything with the quarter horse registry, as far as i know, but i'm not sure about anything else. Also, I can't afford big fancy expensive studs... Unfortunately.

Advice for semi-adult out of control brother?

My brother is 20, but since he graduated high school, he has been completely and totally disrespectful towards my parents, especially my mom. When I try to talk to my dad about it, he says he'll talk to my mom about it, but she yells and screams at him, then comes to find me and tells me to keep my nose in my own business. Twallan's Story Progression mod...help!!?

When you click on city hall or a sim, do you get a menu that says nraas? If it is installed correctly, you can click on a sim, computer, or city hall and it will have nraas as one of the options. When you click that option, you will be able to change the settings from there. If you don't see that option, you have installed wrong. Make sure you put the mods folder in Downloads/sims3 folder (not program files). Also the resource.cfg file goes outside of the packages file but within the mods folder. In other words when you click on the mods folder, you will see your packages folder and the resource.cfg file together. Hope this helps. I have most of Twallan's mods and I love them.

You need to continue on with the main quest! Disable the megaton bomb as quickly as Possible!! If you have the map packs or just operation anchorage... Do OPERATION ANCHORAGE FAST! It levels you up fast. When you get to GNR make sure you go and help three dog with his quest. When you arrive at Muesum of technology dnt go in yet becuz ull get r@ped. Go to Muesum of History and go into underworld. There is at least 3 side missions that will take you places that will level u up quick. Focus on Small Guns, Speech, Barter, Repair, and medicine. GET TO RIVET CITY also! You will eventually find it when you go more into the main quest( which is important). Simple Access/SQL project?

I'm trying to build an Access form that will change data in 3 separate tables in SQL. I have the ODBC link created and I can see all of the fields. The issue I'm running into is I can't get the key ID to update in the two sub tables from one field in the form. I created the primary key ID and made the other two tables have a foreign key relationship to it in SSMS. What am I missing? I'm sure it's very simple but I've been searching for hours. What's wrong with my Team Fortress 2?

I just downloaded a game from Steam called Team Fortress 2 because it was just announced free. I waited for 13 hours and finally the download was complete. Then the community toolbar thing popped up. (I use a mac) The game worked fine for the most part, then the game froze. I then restarted my mac and tried the game again. Again the community toolbar thing popped up before I launched the game. The screen turned black and the cursor went into that rainbow wheel of death and I waited for 10 minutes and nothing happened. I restarted my computer AGAIN and i tried to launch Team Fortress 2 again and still nothing happened. I'm not sure if the community toolbar thingy is affecting the game or something else is. Please help?

I have just began to wonder why I am so driven towards the dark side of high and ritual magick. Initially, I thought this is just where I would begin, and move from there as a starting point. Sims 2 Weird Screen Thingy?(Details)?

I have a Windows Vista and I know it isn't compatible with the Sims 2 and all, but I got the patch for it and everything. So, I go onto the sims 2 and it's all fine. I can make a family and play around with their lives and everything and I can build and the loading times are normal. But there is just one really annoying problem, whenever I buy a huge lot, like for my legacy challenge, the screen frequently goes black and then it turns into this blue color and basically loads and then it's fine. It does this a lot. It also does it when I build a medium sized home, or play with a huge house and sometimes at community lots. I couldn't find anything about this problem and need help with the black screen-blue screen loading thingy! (sorry not sure what to call it)

You need more than 4 months before you can dedicate yourself. The rule of thumb is a year and a day of intense study before you are allowed to even think of being dedicated.
